Dr. Phillip Johnson
Dr. Phillip Johnson is an experienced emergency physician with 26 years in practice. Born in the Himalayan mountains as a missionary kid, he has a unique global perspective on healthcare. Dr. Johnson worked as a Fulbright Scholar in Karachi, Pakistan, where he helped establish postgraduate training for doctors at the Aga Khan University and Medical School. He has also volunteered his medical services to mission hospitals in Pakistan. In his leadership roles, Dr. Johnson has served as President of White Mountain Emergency Physicians for 15 years and Chairman of the Emergency Department at Summit Regional Medical Center for 17 years. Additionally, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he mentors the next generation of medical professionals.
Eric Neitzel
Eric Neitzel is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and 30-year fire service veteran with a passion for innovation and community impact. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Eric has built a career dedicated to serving others through public service, advanced technology, and sustainable business practices.
After three decades in fire and aviation management, Eric retired from the U.S. Forest Service, where he responded to some of the largest wildfires and disasters in the nation. His extensive experience includes serving on National Incident Management Teams and pioneering the use of social media during large-scale emergencies, setting new standards for public information and media relations.
As the founder of Fireground Drone Works, Eric has provided cutting-edge aerial solutions for commercial, environmental, and disaster relief projects since 2018. He also leads Fireground Indoor Digital Billboards, an innovative advertising company specializing in indoor digital displays and closed-loop systems that offer businesses impactful and customized advertising solutions.
Eric’s commitment to making a difference extends to his nonprofit, Wings of Help, which focuses on environmental conservation, disaster relief, health initiatives, and technical support. Wings of Help is prepared to operate globally to address urgent needs during unpredictable disasters.
An adventurer at heart, Eric enjoys surf fishing, and road-tripping in his free time. His ability to combine technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a passion for service defines his approach to business and life.
